About the CEPA Program
The Certified Exit Planning advisor program was specifically designed for business advisors who work closely with owners of privately held companies. Using an executive MBA-style format, the program is designed around a central methodology and uses a combination of lectures, group discussions, case studies and individual exercises to introduce participants to the concepts and to reinforce skills. The program is taught by the Exit Planning Institute’s dedicated faculty of fifteen different instructors, who are all sought after subject matter experts and authors.
Chris’ love for personal finance and investments started in high school and stayed with him during the four years he spent in the US Army. He attended Carlson School of Management with the intention of getting a degree in finance, then decided to add accounting as a second major. Since transitioning from Lurie’s ESG group to the Business Valuation and Litigation Support department, Chris has been passionate about building the department into a major contributor to firm performance. He strives to help our clients better understand the value drivers, strengths, and risks within their firms. Professionally, Chris thrives in analytical situations and enjoys diving into time value of money problems.
