With 18+ years of professional experience in operations and accounting for medical practice groups, Annette Dunn has an adept perspective on the intersection between shareholders, key medical staff and the financial data. Throughout her professional work and advancement in the field of healthcare management, Annette uses her communication and collaboration skills to explain complex financial and operational data to users across all business areas.
“There is a difference between analyzing the data and being able to explain what it means to people who need to make decisions based on the data. I’ve had success helping our management team make decisions by first cultivating relationships with separate groups to understand how we can actively utilize the information for planning. Then as a group, we can figure out areas of opportunity, such as better workflows, improve efficiency, fee and contract performance, and many others.”
In previous roles as an Operations Planning Analyst and Regional Controller, Annette led a team of staff and senior accountants for a large regional radiology medical practice. She has shown a strong track record of utilizing analytics and leading teams to recommend business improvement solutions to technical, physician and executive leaders.
Annette is a long-time resident of the Twin Cities metro area and currently lives in Monticello with her family. Annette loves to talk openly with new contacts, business associates and acquaintances alike – especially when it comes to talking with other parents about youth hockey.
