HHS Pushes Back Deadline for Provider Relief Fund Reporting

On January 15, the Health & Human Services Department announced that it is pushing back the date for (PRF) recipients to begin reporting on their use of PRF funds, originally due February 15, 2021. Although no updated timeline has been announced yet, our healthcare team recommends taking a few steps now to prepare. Contact your Lurie advisor for additional guidance.

The Deadline Is Delayed. But Is the Reporting Portal Open?

Yes. The Reporting Portal is now open for “registration only” to the recipients of PRF exceeding $10,000.  Note: the Portal is only compatible with most current web browser versions of Edge, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

What Steps Can I Take Now?

You can register here to ensure receiving future communications from HHS, and to be prepared when reporting opens.

Registration for the portal must be completed within one session, you cannot save work and return to finish later. We recommend you gather all necessary information prior to registering:

  • TIN
  • Legal name & address
  • Contact information
  • Details on any one payment received

After completing registration, you will receive an email from PRFReporting-NoReply@hrsa.gov. All future communications regarding the reporting portal will come from this email address as well.
