Lurie Leader Brian May Completes Moore NA Dynamic Growth Academy

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (May 6, 2021) – Managing Director of Fort Myers, Brian May, completed Moore North America (Moore NA) Dynamic Growth Academy (DGA), part of 18 participants from twelve member firms.

This program features leadership development training from The Center for Character-based Leadership (CCBL). The first session kicked off in person in November 2019, with subsequent sessions held virtually to accommodate COVID-19 restrictions. The program included four two-day sessions, as well as individual coaching, peer coaching, and mentor support.

The program garnered interest from firms across the United States and Canada, including participants from 12 different member firms. While much of the program’s opportunity for networking was limited to online connections, participants took advantage of their time during this unique experience, including additional one-on-one coaching and virtual happy hours.

CCBL provides coaching focused on the complexity of leading in the top two to three levels of organizations and the talent they are developing to step into that space.
